Can jealousy push someone away?

I'm sometimes really jealous with my boyfriend I may say a little too much.he even tells me I'm a little too jealous for no reason.i get jealous if I see a girl calling him or texting him.i ask him who she is.why she calling or texting.there his friends but I don't know I'm just really jealous cause I love him and I'm afraid of losing him.i think its because I think I'm to little for him.he tells me he loves me just the way I am.but idk.he tells me its okay to be jealous but not that jealous he doesn't tell me I'll drive him away.but do you think it will?how could I control my jealousy? how can I be less jealous? do you think it makes him feel bad?

It would drive me away. My ex used to do that. I don't mind telling him who it is on occasion, every time p*sses me off though. And when he asks what they want that really annoys me. They didn't call him. They didn't text him. If he needed to know he would. Stop checking up on me. Act more like a girlfriend and less like a mother. I know it's hard but you just have to get over it.

There is nothing you can really do, it's all mental. You just have to convince yourself to relax and let it go. Learn to trust him. Think of it this way... don't get mad at him just because your jealous... only get mad if he makes you feel threatened. If my guy was dancing with another girl it might make me jealous but I can deal with it. If he has his hands on her ass, their crotches are touching and their lips are and inch apart then it is a threat and feel free to be crazy. There needs to be lines and those lines need to not be crossed. Until those lines are crossed just go with the flow and let the little things go.

i believe that jealously ruins all relationships.

if you think you say a little too much you probably say way too much.

you are also young, when I was dating when I was under 18 I was jealous.

know, looking back I'm glad I had those experiences so I could grow.

Jealousy is natural but understand that it can jeopardise your relationship as well. If you're feeling jealous, step back for a moment. Understand that this is natural and why you might feel jealous. Then realise if you're going to trust, then trust fully.
