Supplies needed:
Potatoes
Butter
Milk
Hand Mixer
Saucepan(mixer may scratch no stick coatings)

Instructions:
Step One:
Peel and cut potatoes into even chunks(make sure saucepan is no more than 3/4 full of potatoes)
Step Two:
Cook potatoes till almost Al dente
Step Three:
Remove saucepan from heat and let potatoes covered for 5 minuets
Step Four:
Strain potatoes till water is gone
Step Five:
Return potatos to sauce pan and let sit for 5 minuets
Step Six:
Lightly beat potatoes with mixer on low speed
Step Seven:
Beat potatoes with mixer on full speed till potatoes are airy
Step Eight:
Add pinch of salt and beat(mixer speed on high) in one stick of butter till incorporated into potatoes
Step Nine:
Beat(mixer speed on high) in another stick of butter till incorporated into potatoes(step can be repeated for large amounts of potatoes)
Step Ten:
Beat(mixer speed on high) in milk, adding little bits at a time till desired creaminess is achieved.
Step Eleven:
Serve potatoes
