They taste amazing. The meat is in the legs. I actually feel very bad for crabs and lobsters though. Being boiled alive. There used to be a lobster tank in the middle of a grocery store near me and I would actually get depressed whenever I saw it. I don't really understand how if a store had a tank boiling babies or puppies alive in the middle of it, that would be considered inhumane and illegal, but with sea creatures it's "fine". You can't just argue that it's because they're food and babies and puppies aren't. I'm sure babies and puppies taste fine.

I just went so off topic without meaning to. Wow.

I don't dislike them. I think I've eaten crab before, it tastes a lot like shrimp. I love seafood, and shrimp is my favorite. Since crab tastes a lot like shrimp, I would eat it again in a heartbeat. It's true that crabs look unappealing but they taste absolutely delicious. They don't gross me out due to their taste and despite their lack of beauty.

No! I love crabs! It can be a pain-in-the-ass to get to the meat but once you do, you're rewarded with sweet, succulent meat! I even eat the brains and guts! Yum!

Depends on what kind of "crabs" you're talking about, the kind that grow in your pubic hair and burrow under your skin are gross and meatless. Alaska King Crabs are fantastic and very meaty.
