What do you think is more ethical; being a vegetarian or ostrovegan?

To clarify:
a vegetarian won't eat any animal flesh but will eat animal products
an ostrovegan is someone who will eat animals with no centralized nervous system but will not eat the flesh or products of animals that do have a centralized nervous system.
