For Dinner I Made Fried Seafood Lasagna Rolls & I Was Wondering What Kind Of Sauce Would Go Good With These?

I have never tried it before but maybe a home made variant of salsa or a serving of low fat mayonnaise.
Alfredo and maybe a nice butter sauce could work
Hell, even a creamy lemon sauce
I’ll have to try a butter sauce & a lemon sauce & I wonder if you can mix them & make a lemon butter sauce?
Yes you can!
I think a nice tomato/garlic/chili oil sauce.
you won me over me at "lasangna"...
Lasagna always works in my book & I’m experimenting with different kinds of lasagna. The other day I made fried lasagna & bbq lasagna is in the works. The barbecue lasagna is going to be stuffed with pulled pork & brisket. I have a jalapeño barbecue sauce.
Tartare sauce?
That works with crab cakes so it will probably work with the seafood lasagna.

Haven't had it before buttt steak sauce goes great with fish in my opinion so maybe try that?
What kind of a steak sauce? Like A1?
Red Robin Campfire Sauce sounds interesting & I looked it up & I think I’ll have to put it to a test.
you need more color on those fam.
You need a tomato sauce of some kind.
I agree & instead of frying them in oil next time I’m going to cook them in the air fryer & hopefully come up with some kind of sauce to cover them.
I am a little late to this. Hopefully you made a decision & ate your meal by now.
Hmmm 🤔maybe creamy vodka marinara sauce
So many choices so I think I will line up a bunch of sauces & try them all.
Seems like a very yummy versatile dish. I’m sure many sauces would compliment it!
i'm gonna go with an avocado cream sauce
Now that’s different & I don’t think I ever had an avocado cream sauce.
great for dipping. not overbearing and who doesn't like some avocado?
most of your options sound like casseroles. the bbq does intrigue me
For starters I’m going to have to try avocado cream sauce. In addition barbecue lasagna is going to be on my menu & I might give it a try this week. Tonight I had the left over fried seafood lasagna rolls & right now I’m looking into a Remoulade Sauce with a little kick.
not a bad choice. i make it for spaghetti
As for the Remoulade Sauce it works well on crab cakes & being that the seafood lasagna has crabmeat & shrimp in it I’m going to give it a try in addition to your avocado cream sauce.
let me know how that goes. i don't eat insects so i'll never try it
Looks interesting. Sweet and sour should work, maybe cocktail sauce, or another sprng roll sauce.
Teriyaki or soy sauce probably
looks good!!!
It tasted good as well & my neighbors though so too. My neighbors are my test subjects & whenever I make new things I usually send it over for feedback. My stuffed peppers passed, my salmon Wellington passed & the fried seafood lasagna rolls just passed too. My neighbors & I swap food left & right.
@Static_In_The_Attic if I wasn't allergic to fish Id say yeah!
Instead of fried seafood lasagna I’ll have to switch it up next time & try ground beef or sausage or both.
@Static_In_The_Attic ground beef works
