I like my bagels soft and shiny with a double serving of creme cheese inside - maybe even a triple or quadruple serving - and I prefer a black sesame bun but not necessary - what matters to me is the creme cheese.

ABSOLUTELY MUST BE TOASTED!! So few seem to understand that toasted bagels are soooooooo much better!!
After that, for toppings, it depends on the type of Bagel. . .

  @beebella Maybe you wouldn't be so puny if you ate ham (or sausage or bacon) egg and cheese on a bagel for breakfast more often like we do here on the East Coast (specifically the Northeast). I personally opt for bacon or sausage and add hot sauce. Breakfast excellence. 👍
