Could I sue if I found something in my food?

there was a thin tiny piece of wood in my pizza & they offered me a refund or to make my food again & i picked the food because ill bring the rest to work tomorrow lol but then my stomach started hurting after like what is going on.. i have my receipts and doctors note too since i’ve never gotten food poisoning.

You can sue, but it's unlikely that you will win, and you will need to pay for your legal costs too. Even if you won, you would probably bankrupt the business, so you might not get paid much even if you had a large judgment. Restaurants are already struggling.

I guess it's possible but, do you want to go to the time and expense on the off chance you'll lose? That'd be the most expensive za YOU ever ate!

Agreed with the responses that it wouldn't be worth it. You would have to pay legal fees and would likely not receive much compensation even if you did win.

It would be better to just quit going there.
