What are the best practices and ways to eat steak?

The first step is to marinate the steak with spices, you can use any spices
The second step is to bake it in the oven for a few minutes (in fact, if you can do it, you can do it without baking)
The third step is to find a pan and spread a little butter (or not), put the steak on it and fry it for a while.
Use a smaller pan to make a sauce (use your imagination) with butter and spices when you are frying or frying the steak. This sauce is finally poured on the side of the steak on the plate. This way the steak will not be too raw.
Finally, don't do it at five o'clock, it's better to wait until seven or eight o'clock. After dark, you have to have red wine, candles, and you have to sit face to face. By the way, get a small flower basket in the middle. What do you like to do for the rest? Well.
The beef should not be too thick, smash it with the back of a knife, marinate with a little red wine and salted onion for 20 minutes, use olive oil, if you don’t have it, use salad oil and add a little butter to simmer, and finally sprinkle a little with cumin. By the way, I still need to find some carrots and onions, chop small cubes and stir-fry butter on low heat, add some marinade, if there is no marinade, add some red wine salt (salt should be just right, not too salty) for a little while, and finally Thicken the sauce and pour it over the finished steak. It is best served with some salsa and chili sauce.
I don't eat steak. But from what I know people like sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, potatoes (baked or mashed), and then steak sauce. I know there's some that like to use ketchup for their steak too.
Making sure the steak is nutrient dense, low in toxins, and that the animal wasn't literally tortured.
Good reply, how do you like to eat it?
I experimented with enough preparations that now I just randomly do whatever would make it edible enough.
Often simply frying with vegetables, but bonus if it's fermented or made healthier in other ways.
I have tried many cuts and grades of beef. My findings are as follows: Cook that shit medium rare!

I like my steak with peppercorn and steak seasoning, a glass of wine, and some roasted onions mixed in the steak juices. I also like salted boiled carrots and potatoes with my steak.
Medium Rare and one bite at a time.
No more cooked than medium. Rare is best
I still can't accept raw ones, I usually eat medium cooked ones
