So when was the the last time you did it the old fashioned way?

Well, if you don't buy anything that you can't unscrew the cap, you are putting all of the good Cork Soakers out of business. There are many men AND women at the wineries in Northern California that do nothing but soak corks. Some soak the 'long skinny' ones, some soak the 'short fat" ones and some that Soak the black ones. If we don't cork wine bottles, ... no need for cork soakers.
That said, out our house, 'We will drink no wine, before we get the cap screwed off"
Let the cork soakers find another job
Your options were really funny.
My wife and I like wine, but we don't drink it very often at home. I have a few different kinds of corkscrews in a drawer but can't remember when I had to use one. Actually, it might have been on New Years.
"My crush served me wine from a carton what does it mean"?
When I read something like that I know I'm on g@g and it's time for Spanish Sangria that is traditionally sold with a screw cap.
3 days ago, on my birthday. I used it a few minutes after I wished to quit alcohol at my new age.

Made beef bourguinon a few weeks ago, that bottle was corked other than that my only corkscrew experience was opening a bottle of Pichon-Longueville, my vintage
N. b. it was a treat from my friend in exotic rentals upon the sale of the Vacherons I said about and he cleared 90k on, paired well with the Chateaubriand
It was about a month ago. My SO and I opened a bottle of red wine that we've had for a while. It had a cork (an artificial one, I might add) and we used a cork screw.
Regularly I open a bottle of wine when enjoying a meal, and if many bottles indeed have screw caps, or a kind of plastic tab (wine in carton), most have still a plain cork. So, yes, I do use regularly a cork screw.
I have a few in the bar from when my dad was still alive, but I do not think I have ever personally used one.
It's important to take the cork out and put it in water. I've soaked a lot of cork in my day. I'd even say I'm a talented cork soaker at this point.
I never drink and neither do does my wife sivit had been many years since I used a corkscrew.
I think a couple years ago, but not for its intended purpose 😂
It's been months since the last time I personally uncorked a bottle.
My husband and/or our male friends usually open the bottles.
Just yesterday (Mother's Day) for a lovely bottle of wine that actually had a cork fitted!
When that 8 foot long wooden dildo gets stuck deep in your rear, its a good option.
I've only used one once, when I was helping my friend out with opening wine bottles for the reception at her sisters confirmation.
it was actually like a month ago… but I have had wine since. Just not that I decorked.
Every time I buy a good bottle of wine only the cheap inferior wines have screw tops at least where I live.
Just this past weekend, opened a bottle of white Enniskillen wine.
Just had a bottle of Duplin's Mother Vine Wine the other day.
All the wine we get come with corks. If we get any with a screw top we pass it along to someone else.
I haven't done it for a few years as I don't really drink but when I do I am a cork sniffer.
I last had Moscato at home in January of 2022
Last night lol
