I'd be reaching for that ricotta toast with blackberries and honey! Looks delish! Although, I'd probably sprinkle some toasted sunflower, sesame and pumpkinseeds on top for good measure. 😉

Very sorry , cannot pick either , not relevant to my limited carb diet..
But todays breakfast , at 1pm in the heat here , will be awesome - zero carbs :) Coffee , and juice.
