Endless shrimp at red lobster. My ex boss and I - she’s married and I’m married. But we loved working together. Then one day she announced that she was leaving to work at another store. I really hated that she was leaving and when she left - it was coincidence that endless shrimp at red lobster was happening at the time. I called my wife at her manager position at the Chinese restaurant she works at and told her what happened. She likes people to be happy and she felt really bad for me when I told her that my ex boss left. (by the way before you think that I would cheat on my wife - think again! We both liked working together. That was it. We both knew our boundaries she was married with a little girl and I’m married with my wife and we have a son). I was so hurt when my ex boss left that I ate a total of 50 skewers. With I think either 6-7 shrimp on each skewer. Also drank two cups of coke along with it. The waitress couldn’t believe the pile of empty skewers on the plate. She said hungry are we? I said yeah…something like that. I paid the bill and she asked if I wanted to take the complimentary cheddar bay biscuits home. I said yes please and so she got a bag and put all 7 in. I thanked her and left.

I was watching a video and a guy said when you are in an unhappy mood, you must make happy choices so that once you get past the setback, you can be happy without new problems you got by not choosing beneficial options.

Eat salad, eat tomatoes, eat home cooked chicken, eat bell peppers, eat dairy cheese for calcium, eat fermented vegetables like artichoke hearts of palm, eat edamame, eat lobster which is very nutritious and low calorie and drink lots of peppermint tea.

Think of your ex/whoever/whatever as something sour, then suck/eat something that totally sour. See now you head to get rid of that nastiness. Two or three hours latter eat your favorite dessert see now you know how better live is without that nasty taste and feeling

I realized eating sweet food makes me feel better at the moment but when I finish it I feel worse than I did before I started eating it, and too sluggish to work it out.

Ice cream- and specifically, strawberry ice cream. Whether it's the natural fruit kind or the processed beaver ass kind, strawberries are pretty much the antidote to misery.
