I'm a big milk guy. I drink at least 1 gallon a week 2-3 gallons when I'm allowed ( my fiance says I drink too much, so she limits my milk intake) so I think I can safely say I'm an authority on this topic and I say braums milk is the best. But I want to hear what fellow milk drinkers think, maybe find some new brands to try out.
Dr berg says you should buy kefir which tastes like a very salty cross between yogurt and milk with no sugar or sweet taste inside. It’s not as appetizing as regular milk but healthier for your stomach and he recommends grass fed milk if you want to lower your omega 6 ratios.
I love milk. I live in Canada and milk is sold in milk bags not plastic jugs. The two main brands of milk in Canada are Neilson and Sealtest. I normally drink either skim or 1% never whole milk. I love regular and chocolate. I also like chocolate almond milk.

Kefir is delicious. It's my preferred way to consume yogurt.

Bag milk sounds hard to pour. Witch of the two brands do you prefer?
the bags of milk sit inside a plastic pitcher and you just snip off the end. Both brands taste almost identical.
This is the best milk I’ve ever tasted in my life right out of Florida McArthur’s milk, outstanding
