I've heard of sauceless pizza but not cheese less pizza. I personally love a raw veggie pizza that uses cresent roll as the dough, ranch dressing as the sauce, then topped with broccoli, tomatoes, and shredded carrots (forget what other vegetables). But shredded cheese is optional, I prefer without but don't mind with. It is delicious though.
