It's kinda weird but after a warm shower or bath i notice i immediately get hungry. I wonder if this is some kind of Pavlovian response my body does since i was a child or something.
Anyone else here experience this?
Sometimes I do get hungry and tired after a warm shower, which is another reason why I prefer cooler showers.

s That doesn't happen to me. I usually feel sleepy after I shower.
No matter, cool or warm the shower, i get extremely hungry just after it. Even while washing up my stomach starts growling even if just had food before going to shower.
I'd craved for a light snack or dessert.
Can't say that I do.
