Pumpkin spice- what is your favorite way to have it?

Drinks- coffee, tea, cocktails, shakes

Sweet- like cake, cookies, pie

Savory- like soups, pasta, nuts

Bread, muffins, pancakes

Mousse, fudge, parfit, pudding

Usually as a loaf or muffin. I make a chocolate/pumpkin spice swirl cake (made in a loaf pan) that's out of this world. 😊

I think partly why some people hate pumpkin spice is because so much of it is fake garbage. But when you use real spices, and use the right spices with the right amounts, pumpkin spice can be really tasty. I've had horrible pumpkin spice (fake commercial garbage) and amazing pumpkin spice (made right with real spices). But so many commercial pumpkin spice products are just loaded with flavourings, or are made with the wrong ratio of spices. Sadly, many people's first exposure to pumpkin spice is some subpar commercial product, and I think that turns a lot more people off than what it normally would be if they actually had something good.

In the UK the equivalent is mixed spice or pudding spice and it's something we use all year round as a general sweet spice for baking. The difference is we only it use a small amount at a time it shouldn't dominate the dish

I like the ice cream and the pumpkin chai latte and pumpkin spice frappes. Other would be pancakes.

YUM. I used to like Swensen's pumpkin, but they don't have any in CA anymore. I'm not even sure if Swensen's is open anywhere anymore.

Pumpkin pie is my favorite and the occasional PSL latté. I'm hoping the Great Pumpkin will bring pumpkin spiced handcuffs this year.
