Beer vs Coke:Which harms more?

Both are not so different in calories

Coke has almost no nutrients whereas beer has some potassium and some anti oxidants

Coke when regularly consumed can lead to weigh gain, diabetes and reduces insulin sensitivity... on the other hand Beer consumed in moderation has health benefits but again alcohol is bad for liver and if over consumed it can harm you too

Thus if you ask 1 can of Coke vs 1 can of beer I guess the win goes to Beer but you have to stop at that one can

Coke, and it's not even close. You can't keep putting that level of sugar in your body without getting diabetes or cancer. And the sugar substitutes may be worse.

Beer harms more, because it can make you harm others and yourself. Coke only harms you.
Well unless you mean coke as in the drug.
But even then I think beer does more to others.

Being drunk yes, but even being tipsy impairs your reaction time and judgment. And let's be honest, way to many people decide to drive with alcohol in their system.
