I know a few: Leftover spaghetti, lasagna, orange chicken, lo mein noodles, taco bell burritos & chalupas (bean & chicken ones), pancakes if you put enough butter and syrup on them, chicken nuggets, fajita fillings, veggie chili, potato soup, and sometimes pizza.

Surprisingly I will say lentil soup, gemista (stuffed peppers and tomatoes) and bean soup.

Lot of dishes. Pizza, chicken, steaks, some soups don't taste good at next day but most dishes do.
Hungarian goulash soup, it's a beef stew with lot of onions, garlic, roasted paprika, caraway seeds, marjoram. It taste best when beef inside starts to fall apart after third of fourth reheating. Beef rolls, cabbage rolls, bacon beans taste good after 2-3 times reheated.

Most Italian dishes made with a tomato base taste better day or two later as it gives all the ingredients and spices to mingle together longer. When my mother makes gravy (a tomato based sauce) she begins early in the morning brazing pork necks etc in pot then adds everything else and it simmers till late evening.
