As for my favorite type of honey it’s wildflower honey & honey from a local source is always the best especially if you want to build up your immune system & fight allergies.
As for honey I only buy it if it is in a glass jar or bottle because glass is non-reactive and non-porous, meaning it won't interact with the honey and potentially alter its flavor or purity.
Acacia honey from Hungary. I get it from Amazon. It's a bit expensive as honey goes, but I love it in tea.
I used a different type of honey from that and it is the only one I buy. I will not mention it cause I have thousands of followers on this site and if everybody is buying that honey, they will increase the price.
I use the honey for its antibiotic properties when I get sick.
I use rata honey
Ahh-bee 🐝 honey?
Acacia honey is a favorite of mine. Its delicate, floral sweetness and light, nearly clear appearance make it versatile for different uses. I vividly recall a meal in Tuscany where fresh ricotta was drizzled with acacia honey, creating a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. For its gentle taste, I find it perfect for tea or paired with cheeses. 🍯

Local.. they say if you consume honey from bees in your home town, you’ll have less allergies to pollen and such…
You have to ask your home town. I just take Zyrtec for allergies.
If I was more of a hot tea drinker, I’d be obsessed with honey and know my local honey but all I think about after work is a few glasses of wine. Ha..
Research, duh. It’s only a call away. But we’re focused on yiur home town, no? Wtf do you care about where I live
