What to eat with green tomato pickles?

Never knew they make pickles of green tomatoes! 😯 I've only had raw mango, green chilli, lemon and mixed pickles. I knew someone whose family made many kind of pickles including aloe vera ones. Anyway, I think pickles would taste great with lentils. I always liked the comfort food Dal rice even though I'm not a rice person. I do love eating non vegetarian dishes, but sometimes I just need simple food, so dal tadka, rice and some pickles makes me happy. ☺️

I've heard of achari chicken (chicken dish made from pickles), so maybe green tomoto pickles would go well with chicken dish. 🤔
