I do not know what type of meat that is because the photo is not granulated enough to show texture, but if it beef, I would probably like the taste. The main thing I have with that meal is that it looks like it would not keep me satisfied because it does not have rice or noodles. The cashews might be high calorie, but not necessarily high in the b vitamins I eat to reduce my hunger in between meals. Rice and noodles contain many of the essential vitamin B compounds I rely on to satisfy my hunger.
Walnut sausage (Cevizli Sucuk) is a traditional Turkish dessert. Despite its name, it contains no meat. Whole walnuts are threaded on a string and repeatedly dipped into a thick mixture made from grape molasses, flour, and sometimes sugar or starch. Each dipping adds a new layer, and the dessert is then hung to dry.
The result is a chewy, sweet snack with a rich grape flavor and crunchy walnuts inside. It is especially popular in eastern and southeastern regions of Türkiye and is often made at home during the grape harvest season.
Looks like something I stepped in once, by accident.
