Like people portion sizes got bigger as well & it’s all about sales. As for portion sizes if the portion is big it was meant to be taken home however people are animals & try to eat it all & a lot success & their body size reflects it.

I think cardiologists are the ones that regulate restaurant portion sizes & they figure if you eat it all it’s not only good for the restaurant however it keeps cardiologists in business as well.
