So we will start here for you teenage guys looking for a girlfrend in highschool.
At this age the girls are better looking and more mature than most guys and it is all about looks and status. Girls this age worry just as much about what their friends would think about you as what they think themselves.
After the top 30% of guys in their age are taken many will look to guys a few years older.
This is one reason why girls on average loose their virginity before guys.
What's most important here:
1) Looks
2) Status/ popularity (good athlete or some type of talent helps)

19-23 (COLLEGE YEARS)
This is the time your life when the interests and demands of guys and girls are closest to the same. It helps to go to a big college, there are so many fish in the sea you should have no problem finding a group of friends with interests that are similar to yours. As long as those interests aren't gaming, dressing up as medieval knights, or some non-mainstream shit, this group of friends will include a sizable amount of girls.
Since at this age what women (and guys) are looking for varies so much its hard to put an exact ranking on it. Some cheerleader types will still be looking for looks, social status. Party girls will be looking to party/hookup (most girls fall into this catgory). Good girl types will be looking for smarts now etc.
What makes you stand out and give you best option to get with girls:
1) Do not live at home.
2) Have an apartment or house with friends or even live in the dorm for a year
Unless your a complete "supreme gentleman" type you should have no problem finding girls with interests and wants from the opposite sex similar to your. If you are still having trouble you may need to lower your standards after all this is the age group were women are most likely to date or hookup with those at the same level of attractiveness a themselves (8's date 8's) Have fun, these are these best years of your life and in sheer numbers you will meet the most women during this time.
ADVICE: If you are looking to sleep around HAVE FUN!, but if you are looking to date make sure you are picky, college could be a great time to meet the women of your dreams but your not gonna find her if you waste your time banging random girls one after another.
24-26 (First Official Job)
Very diverse age group; stragglers are finishing college, college drop outs find trade or union jobs making decent money or join the army/marines, and graduates are settling in to their first jobs.
Basically reality hits from this age on money and marriage becomes more and more important to women.At this age if you have a job, are not addicted to anything, and haven't gotten fat or gone bald yet you are doing pretty good.
Many people begin getting maried to whoever they are dating during this time. But they are not desperate or ready to settle yet, they are just finding the right guy
What's important to women in this age group:
1) You must have your own place at this age you cannot live at home!!! (Girls want to be able to come over and fuck)
2) Looks (not fat, not bald, has hair, not too short)
3) Money or the potential to make money
27-30 (Coming to the Finish Line)
You've already went to so many goddamn weddings and they are aren't slowing down yet.
Any friends who joined the army are married.
Anyone in a long term relationship whose not married starts feeling tons of pressure to get married.
Women really start wanting to have children.
What's most important here:
1) The willingness to get married within the next few years and have kids
2) Money
3) Looks
30-35 (30'S POWER FLIP Period)
Absolute prime age for marrying women who are much more attractive than you. They have been in a long term relationship before but for whatever reason it didn't work out and now they are ready to settle immediately!!!
Also during the past ten years since college your competition has weekend greatly. The girls who are 9's and 10's already married they very best looking guys.
Other guys weeded themselved out by getting fat, going bald, developing an addiction etc. If you have hair and are not fat and above 4/10 facially you will have an extremely easy time finding women, there are millions of them on online dating sights actively looking for you as we speak.
