Yeah, it's kinda difficult, I tend to say yes all the time but you can do it. Think about all the things you can do if you start pleasing yourself and not others.
Stop eating junk food
Your body will appreciate it. Maybe you have a nice metabolism and you can eat all you want and still be thin but it doesn't mean you're healthy. Change your eating habits.
Stop cursing
Yeah, it helps you to release yourself sometimes, but speaking politely and properly it's ten times better than cursing like a sailor. It doesn't mean that you have to look down on people who do it tho.
Stop procrastinating
One of the worst habits in my opinion. Procrastination is lot of stress. You leave everything to the very last moment and that's not good.
Stop trying to be someone you’re not
And you do this because...? There's not reason to do this. BE YOURSELF.
Stop buying things you don't need
And stop thinking those things will give you happiness. Money can't buy happiness.
Stop losing your time on the internet
It's time to wake up and forget for a while that we have this technology. Just enjoy a nice conversation with friends and/or family.
Stop doubting yourself
JUST DO IT, of course you can because NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. (But Joey can't speak french, that's a fact).
Stop smoking/drinking/doing drugs
It's not good for your health and you know it.. Yes, we're all going to die but changing is not bad ;)
Stop being ungreatful
Stuff can go wrong because shit happens, but hey! you're alive, happiness don't cost a thing. Here's why you should be happy

Things that you should stop doing right know (bad habits)
You would be a robot if you stopped all those habits (or a Posh). There are essential facts people should abide by according to age, health and legal reasons. Such as underage smoking and drinking is illegal and can set up a destructive path ahead of you. Being excessive as an adult is still not good, but people do these things you motioned, because of peer-pressure, stress and venting out emotions can be a good thing.
Out of all of these "bad" habits I think I would need to work on the following:
-cursing -procrastinating -losing your time on the internet <-shouldn't this be a subsection or something under procrastination or at least leads to procrastination? -doubting yourself
Oh gosh I always doubt myself to not be myself whilst loosing time on the internet callin people fagits and trying to be spooderman whilst cursing and eating a whole chocolate x-man yes I am so right yes!.
Now I am so happy cause I got a terrible mark in my math exam. I love math
"Stop wasting your time on the Internet" I think this is a "do as you say, not as you do" moment :P I especially agree with the junk food one and the drinking / smoking / drugs one
I'm working on stopping junk food. It helped me gain a necessary healthy amount of weight but I wanna be able to maintain that weight by eating healthy rather than McDonalds at the train station on my way home from work. I also need to work on the time that I spend on the internet. I get so much accomplished when I'm not sitting at my computer all day.
Be yourself? I've heard game it til you make it, that's with anything jobs etc. You like a girl you research, then you tailor your behavior in a subtle way have them eating out of your hand, be yourself is like doing the same thing over and over and not getting what you want?
