Women do have perverted minds. Not all obviously but women do think about sex often, or make sexual jokes. Out of my group of friends, it's always me and my friend Jasmine whom make the most sexual/perverted jokes. 
Women are as complicated as men are. Women are also as simple as men are.
Women burp and fart at home. Women throw their bras off as soon as they get home.

Women are "phantom poopers." It's become this sort of thing where people pretend women don't take a dump, so we've devoloped this thing where we go in the bathroom, take a really quick dump and then we're good. It may not even take longer than as if she peed.

Women-especially groups of friends- have already decided if a man is going to get laid by one of the girls. Even before the date.

Women cuss as much-if not more- than men do.
Women do sometimes use guys as dates just to get free food if they're broke. That's a shitty thing but it happens sometimes.
If a woman touches you a lot, on a date or not, she probably likes you.
Women can touch other womens breasts/asses or look at those without it being weird simply because (most if not all) women give ZERO fucks about 'no homo' bull shit.
Women can eat as much as men do, I know I eat constantly. If a woman orders something skimpy like a 'light salad with no dressing' then she's trying to A. Go on a diet or B. Make sure you don't think she's a slob.
Women do enjoy their bodies being looked at in a non sexual way. The human body is a beautiful thing, every different body is amazing. Women like to be noticed for their uniqueness.
A woman can be self concious about their vaginas, as men can be about their dicks. Some women may think "My labias too big" or "The coloration of my vagina is too ___".
Women are just as sensitive and insecure as men-men do a better job of hiding it better. Women don't hide it as well because we want someone to notice and we drop tons of hints, intentional or not.
Lastly, women can be just as kinky as men.
