I agree with some of this but I've also friendzoned my best friend because we tried dating and it didn't work out so now we're just best friends again
I've friendzoned other guys cause they're whores/"nice guys" or I'm not/wasn't ready for a relationship
In due time don't give up sounds like when I'm 30 and not interested in dating girls at all cause I know most of them by my 30's and their 30's going to try to finally settle down with me and I'm not attracted to what should have been in their minds. I'm attracted to what can be in both our minds. Although the world isn't perfect at least have some slight understanding in their heads.
it depends on the girl because every girl is different. impossible every likes the same type of guy and also friendzoned doesn't really exists because it's happened many time where the person just happens to fall in love after some time.

Simple...
They want a guy who will pander to them in everyway and know that if they give sex to a guy it will stop the male from desiring her like he did, so they use sexual tension and fake potential interest to keep him on a leash so she can have the benefits of "the good guy" but still go fuck the assholes.
I just want to say that this is very true and a very good take and people who complaine about it in coments they just dont understand the reality of this take, maybe they werent in that situation but many were

what a load of crap. i have been frustrated for years because of people like you who claim these absurdities. i mean, i;m sure that there are some stupid women out there friendzoning guys because they are nice, but the rest of us don't want to be put in the same group, thank you very much.
An easy way to not get in the friend zone for nice guys is to flirt with her at least a bit. Do it even though your bad at it and your really nervous. She will get the hint.

@thewanderingme The problem is we don't HAVE intentions from the beginning. We develop them after we get to know her and start to like her.
Women seem to expect men to be COMPLETELY IN LOVE with her from moment 0 and to pursue her restlessly as such. I wonder if this is related to the phenomenon that women judge themselves and expect men to judge them by their looks alone.
@Transigence I highly agree. Most guys are looking for a good women and it takes us time to see if she is just pretending to be a nice girl. Or if she just want us for our bodies.

Agree with your two points, though actually i think the second is more significant. But it's true that being -too nice- in a simpering sort of way doesn't work.
I would blame half of it on the media showing 'bad guy turns good because love!' crap, but the other half on 'good guy persists in showing how great he is and wins her love!' A lot of what is portrayed in movies is one person acting like a stalker till the other has an epiphany. This is not how life works.

maybe girls would stop putting guys in the friend zone if guys would stop putting girls in the 'i want to fuck you but don't get to know you' zone.
I'm willing to bet that most of the guys that get friendzoned aren't the guys looking for a quick hookup. Otherwise they wouldn't be around long enough to get friendzoned in the first place, and certainly wouldn't be sticking around to put up with that.
