I can see the rough side of having big breasts. Honestly I don't think anyone truly is happy with their bodies. We always have that one thing about ourselves that we want to change. If they really do cause you serious back and shoulder pain, you should consider a breast reduction. Your health and well being are important.

And the plus - guys like big boobs and it improves attractiveness to men.
Probably the only positive side but it can be a con when all guys want you just because of it.
there's also pros to it and girls with small breasts get made fun of or end up self conscious about it too.
