It is hard for me not to look at woman’s boobs when she wears something low cut because a lot of the the time other women’s chests are at around eye level for me. Then I feel awkward cause I don’t want someone to think I’m staring but they’re literally in my face
Well let's flip the roles.
If I decide to dress a certain way (let's say a see-through-pants for my genitals), I can't decide how people are going to respond to it.
I could "wish", but I simply can't decide or set rules for other people.
Simply, if I don't want to be treated a certain way, I just won't dress in the way to send that signal.
You can't help to see people in your proximity so you're going to notice anyone in your eyes view. Staring is different. Staring is weird. If you notice a woman and you find her attractive that's human nature. Same with women noticing a man. No one should be shamed.
If you're gawking at someone while you're with your SO that's just not nice and we can control that.

I work as a flight attendant and sometimes I will unbutton a button or two, wear a pushup, adjust my bra strap etc. I understand guy may (will) look. Im okay if they want to look juust dont be a creep and stare.

It is kinda tough to not look a woman exposing her cleavage depending on what kind of outfit she wears let alone maintain direct eye contact and not be distracted by her breasts while talking to her. Henceforth, if she doesn't feel offended by guys staring at her while walking past her it's okay. Rule of thumb is you can look, but don't touch... Unless she feels comfortable with him around her.
Well this is intresting because it happens to be a fact that people has been to court for sexual harassment for less.. so i guess i understand people less and less.

What's wrong with staring? If the woman is going to show them, why can't a guy stare? It's part of his innate biology 101. That's one of the points she makes in the video.

It's definitely okay, that's the whole reason they do it.. What becomes a problem to them is when guys they are not attracted to check them out. Then it's like "ew don't look at me".. I mean it's not like women don't look..
I've always just used my peripheral vision and not just out and out stare. Even though a girl may be dressed to show them off a little, It's shows how classy you are if you can't raise your eyes from her chest long enough to tell what color her eyes are.

You big-breasted babes should realize that at any age (I'm 70 and proudly ogle chesty chicks), we lads are going gaze at your spuds, but as in my case, a man should be discreet when looking at a lady's assets so as not to discomfit her or creep her out.
I would say it is always oke to look, and enjoy it (and to enjoy being looked at). But you just need to keep in mind not to do anything more, depending on the situation ofcourse.

I don't get it, they are boobs, they don't so much except feed a kid.
You think those things would just be a pain in the back to carry around and get in the way a lot.
But for those that have a boob fetish one would think that women out them on display for some good reason.
As a white collar man I definitely find it interesting that there is a debate on how much cleavage women can show at work and this idea that women are still somehow controlled on what they can wear (because of men).
Meanwhile it is absolutely unacceptable for me as a man to show even calves or upper arm at work.
You need to distinguish between noticing, appreciating in a healthy way, and ogling. It's also a separate conversation to ask what woman should wear, or what kind of behavior they should expect based on what they wear.
