My friends mom is rude to me? most of the time?

I used to be at my friends house almost every weekend because she would always invite me over, but I started staying at home each weekend because her mom is mean to me. I know she's joking but like today she says things as if she is serious, for example she said that I couldn't come to a picnic with them (my friend invited me) because apparently I eat too much and then she said with a serious face, look at her look how fat she is? and I just laughed but im a teenage girl and comments like that stick with me. Its just rude because my mom never puts any of my friends in awkward situations like that?

I think that you should ask your friend. I had a situation like that and I just straight up asked the mom if she hated me. She said no I'm just a bit too loud. Maybe you should hang around the mom a bit more to see if she actually hates you
