Is she too nervous to hang out with me, or just playing me to get attention?

We met a couple months back & went out with some of her friends a couple weeks later. Second date went really well, definitely sensed shyness & nervousness in her, but we opened up to eachother & found we have a ton in common.

We're both extremely busy, I was away for some weekends as was she, but we kept in touch, still texting daily. We happened to run into eachother and she was ecstatic to see me. We made plans but then she got sick last minute. She's invited me to things - but then flaked. Always busy or some excuse when I ask her out.

Last week I was really direct with her about just how much we have in common, that I really want to see her and it's been weeks. She replies that she thinks we're twin flames, which (if you know anything about that) means nothing short of you're meant to be together... then she manages to be busy the whole weekend.

So girls, what do you think? How do I figure this out:

Am I getting played by a narcissist that just wants text attention?

Is she nervous to see me because it's too intense for her? If so, what do I do to make her comfortable?

Actually, I'm in a similar situation myself, and I'll give you my insight.

I met this guy online through gaming. We started snapchatting, texting, Skype messaging, and all that. I'm 18 years old, and he turns out to be 3 years older than me, which is fine. At this point in time, we have met in person one time and had a nice time watching a movie and playing some mini golf. You see, I only have my permit and he hasn't even worked on getting his license yet, so that one time that we hung out, he brought two of his friends with him who were also male, played games with, and his age and gosh, I thought I was going to die or something when I first met up with him. (He brought them for the ride since he doesn't drive.)

Point is, I find it super inconvenient that neither of us can drive and he's been starting to get a little bit desperate and clingy over text, so I've been kind of not too enthusiastic about meeting him in person again. He's very nice and all, but just starting to make me a little bit uncomfortable. I'm not the kind of person who flakes on made plans either, unless it's an emergency. I don't know.

If she was that interested in you she would make time to see you and make sure she did. I wouldn't hold out for that one despite what she says, her actions speak volumes.
