Why does this girl only flirt with me when she's drunk?

I work with this girl that my friend has a crush on and I think he's friendzoned. He feels her up all the time and nothing has come but of it. I don't talk to her at work unless I have to but at the bar she was super flirty. She kept touching my arms and hugged me a few times throughout the night. Then she hugged me and told me to try to hook my friend and our other cowoker up. Then she chest bumped me which girls don't normally do.

Never take someone's words or actions too seriously when he or she is drunk. Most likely the alcohol makes her feel loose and she likes you enough to feel brave enough to flirt with you under influence, but nothing too serious. Since it sounds like you and your friend are good buddies, if you are not interested in her, I suggest you make sure you keep some distance from her.

He claims he doesn't like her but gets mad when I touch her and didn't like her posting a pic of us together on Instagram with my arm around her. She's attractive but I don't trust women and am I don't like talking to the same girl for too long cause it gets to personal.
