Do any of you envy Asian eyes? Why would anyone want to have Asian eyes?

As an Asian myself, i can tell you that (and i'm certain 95% Asian girls would agree with me on this) having Asian eyes is like drawing the short end of the straw.

Even though i have a double lid, my lids are so tiny, there's a very small "canvas" when applying makeup. Eye makeup either does not show at all because they get hidden by the crease, or they become too obvious and dramatic, which might be the case with monolids. I feel like there's no middle ground like when white or black women apply makeup.

I've just read this comment in this Video and i'm like "waaaaaat? You crazy, girl. Why would anyone want that?"

Can anyone explain?

I think monolids look really pretty on Asian and black women. I can understand the hardship when it comes to makeup and small eyes though. I just feel like it sets you apart in a more attractive way. Oh yeah, I have monolid in a lot of my pictures. It just depends on if I'm looking up or not. When I look up I have hooded eyelids. When I look directly at you there is little to no crease. I do my makeup like girl in the video and define my crease with darker colors when I want more elaborate eye makeup.

I'm Asian too. I think it's just the stigma of Asian women "supposedly" being more attractive than other women. Honestly I think most black girls are sexier than me because they have curvier bodies and big sexy lips. But oh well, if my eyes are what gets the boys goin then I guess I can't do anything about it.

People that say they like Asian (as in oriental) eyes or that they're "seductive" are really only talking about a small subset of Asian eyes. they literally don't understand what it's like to have squinty Asian eyes.

I don't see it. Honestly she looks like my mom kinda and I do not at all think my mom is seductive. Lmao. People like the big phoenix eyes and the big almond eyes. Those of us with small, squinty eyes are sol.

for real though, i never know what to do with my eyes. they're small, squinty, no crease. ill be looking up eye makeup tutorials but even their small squinty Asian eyes are different from mine.

Yeap. The most sucessful Asian beauty Gurus on YouTube all are blessed with bigger lids.
While i do have a double lid, i tried applying a thick ass winged liner yesterday, that the wide side fills my entire LiD, and still once i open my eyes, the liner became small and subtle. Eyeshadow? Pffft forget it. All hidden under the crease.

I'm not the type of person to "wish away" anything about myself, and I do like my eyes, but I think "Asian eyes" are gorgeous!

A lot of Asian women have beautiful eyes. I think it is sad that some of them have surgery just to change the appearance of their eyes.

I met a very beautiful girl of Chinese descent while on a group hike. At the end of the hike she took off her sunglasses and it was obvious she had had the surgery - her eyes were so big she looked like she had seen a ghost. It made her less attractive, but not as much as did the idea that she was so insecure that she would have this done.

Some Asian girls have naturally big eyes. My chinese friend looks like she's surprised all the time. No surgery. She isn't the type to do surgeries. When it comes to chinese, some do have bigger eyes. Now koreans are a whole different story. Most of them are naturally monoliders.

That said, I do think Asian women can have just as beautiful of eyes as anyone else.

Seriously, i never can See how Asian eyes can have any Kind of appeal. There's no "bedroom eyes", no " doe eyes", none of those is possible with Asian eyes.

How can there not be any bedroom eyes with Asian eyes? That makes zero sense to me. They look different, sure, but to say that they can't be just as alluring in their own way is just silly.
