GIRLS this girl in my class tells me she can't figure me out. what does it mean?

there's this outgoing girl in my class in college. we talk frequently and we're on good terms. but she really confuses me when she says : i'm usually good at reading people but i can't figure you out.
if you want more detail :
-her feet are pointed towards me when we talk
-she teases me sometimes
-sometimes she initites conversation
-sometimes she glances at me in class and the other day she just STARED at me when we were entering class , like a real deep long eye contact.

She obviously wants to know more about you. Girls like figuring guys out. It doesn't necessarily mean she likes you, but she might. She wants to know you more deeply, see your true personality, what you like, what you don't like, but she doesn't want to find this out by asking you. She wants to find this out more deeply by 'reading' you as she calls it. It's like when you look into someone's eyes and you might get a glimpse into how they feel. In my experience, 'reading' someone is analysing their stance, their expressions, their voice, any visible evidence into what they are thinking or feeling. It's not necessarily bad that she finds you hard to read, it might mean she'll keep trying and thinks you worth trying to 'read'.
