What does it mean when a girl, mentions other guys every time you talk to her?

I am 19, Indian male. She happens to be my classmate for 3yrs. We used to talk almost everyday, for last 2 years , There is one thing, rather annoying thing I observed now-a-days, that whenever we talk, she mentions that she talked with a guy on whatsapp the guy is my friend but i get so angry when i know she is talking with him I don't know why but i just hate it and personally, I like her. That's it. I never had feelings for her before but this year I don't know i think about her all the time , in any level whatsoever. All I wanted to know is what is she upto?
PS : we re just like brother and sister i guess

This could mean one of two things:
1. She thinks that it's acceptable to talk about other guys (she may even be interested in) because you guys are friends
2. She likes you, and is trying to make you jealous.
Look for any other signs of attraction, but if you don't find any, I would say that the first thing applies. If she does give you other positive signs, then I would say that the second thing applies.

Usually it means that she either wants you to be jealous, and/or she wants you to know how desirable she is to other men.

Although, the other option is that she doesn't think of you romantically and it's her way of making sure she she isn't leading you on

Either she sees you as just a friend or she's trying to test the waters and make a jealous/ aware that she's got other offers as well.

My advice would depend on how she says it, does she say oh he's so funny the other day we were talking and he... Or more like josh said... & also does she look at you while saying it if so that means she's watching for your reaction and is trying to make you a bit jealous
