What does it mean when a girl smirks at me?

So I've been chasing this girl for two months now and we've reached the point where we mutually like one another. I still do not have her number nor have we ever went out together (to anywhere). About two days ago, we made eye contact and she smirked at me (when I said hello, she smiled the smile that showed no teeth). I've never seen her smile like that to anyone before in the two months that I have been watching her (we are coworkers).

Some of the people I asked said that she's in love with me and that I broke her. What does it mean when a girl smirks at you? In this case, the girl that I like.

If a girl smiles at you its a pretty good chance that she really likes you and is confident about feeling that way. I'd say go and approach her :)
