This is embarrassing, I have a crush on my dental assistant. How should I got about this?

Before I go into detail, I am a lesbian she is also female. I feel like she (well call her sarah) is kind of flirting but need opinions. I am 20, she is 19. about a month ago, my grandmother had an appt. and sarah prepped her. according to my grandmother, she was trying to make conversation with sarah so she brought me up and said I had an appt Thursday and seemed happy, but sarah misunderstood and thought my grandmother meant the closest Thursday when its really the following. she said she seemed bummed after that. When I finally went for my appt. she talked to me NONSTOP. about weather, school jobs, if i liked my job, what im doing this weekend, what she's doing this weekend, what type of job does my mom do, we graduated the same year, we hate snow, etc.. once the actual dentist came in and started working sarah took a seat next to me to assist the dentist, but pushing against me. She was in a swivel chair and just seriously couldnt get any closer to me, so she just kept nudging into me. The day after that, I had another appt. with a hygienist (which doesn't require an assistant) but sarah stayed in the room the whole time, she just stayed on the opposite side of the room. and watched. I always catch her sneaking peeks at me if im just sitting in the waiting room too. if i look up she looks away. or she just side eyes. We have mutuals on Instagram, so i do know her instagram, but dont want to follow because i dont want to seem creepy. But I do want to follow because i want to know her better. ehhh what should i do? sorry its long.
