Why would a girl stare at another girl and keep looking at her?

One of my staff, who works with me 3 or 4 days a week, she stares at me and I catch her looking at me often. Even if it's from the corner of my eye or not.

Lol I do this all the time. You're probably either really pretty or has something she wants. She's just observing your lifestyle. Let's face it, us girls all check out other girls from time to time, not because we're necessarily lesbian, but because we love to think we're not good enough and in turn, compare ourselves to these beautiful people. So she's probably just jealous or awed by you. Either that or she's into you.

In short, you can't entirely. Just keep on paying attention to HOW she looks at you. If she smiles a lot or gets flustered/nervous around you, then she's most likely into you. If she's jealous, she'll probably look up and down you a lot to observe you & glance over a lot at you to see what you're up to. She might try to mimic your actions so she can be more like you, or she might even glare/ make snarky remarks at you from time to time.

Some of the same things apply if she's awed by you as well. In this case, she'll probably stare at you for longer than others would. (8 seconds or longer on average... if she looks for this long, something's usually up) she'll also go out of her way to find out what you're doing, what your life is like, if you're single, etc. It's somewhat hard to tell the 3 apart (jealous of you, awed by you, or into you) because a lot of the same signs apply for each. Talk to a co worker and see if she notices it too. If it gets out of hand, I would have a conversation with this person and find out what her intentions are.

I can't tell you for sure because I don't know her, or what her intentions are. You've obvious thought of that conclusion too though if you're coming on here for more confirmation of your theory. Yes, it does sound like she might be into you, but like I mentioned above, it's hard to tell which of the three it really is. I would wait it out a bit and see what happens

It'll most likely humiliate you if you confront her and she denies it, so I think time is the best thing right now

At what point do you know if someone is the one or not? Is it when you meet them, as you get to know them or after you get to know them more?

I've done that before because I liked something about her.
She probably thinks your pretty or likes your clothes or the way you done your hair or something.
She may be self conscious about how she works and be worried that she may do something wrong while you are around.

Is she usually nice to you when you talk to her? Does she seem nervous?

Maybe she just likes your style, dress, make up, she envys you for looking good or she is lesbian, but It can be all options.
