Should I call him out on his BS or just ignore him?

what if you catch a guy lying to you and you have evidence - should you call him out on it or just ignore it and move on?

i've been talking to this guy that I really liked who just broke up with his gf... we've hung out a few times and made out, and he told me and all his friends how he's so into me and wants to be with me, but I had doubts that him and his ex were really over cause I knew they were still talking, but he kept saying that it was over for good.

his birthday was this weekend and he said that I couldn't come, and not to take it personally but it was only for his "closest friends" - red flag. I had a feeling that he didn't want me there because his gf/ex/whatever was going to be there, and I was right - I just saw pictures from the club's website from this weekend and they were all up on each other.

i'm supposed to hang out with him tomorrow - should I just not go, without an explanation, or make up an excuse as to why I can't go? or should I go and call him out on his BS?
