If it does get male attention, then how can it be nothing to do with male attention? I mean, if I go a lot over the speed limit, it isn't to get the attention of the police, but I will get their attention. So it does have something to do with getting police attention. And women wearing revealing clothes may not be done to get male attention, but it does have something to do with getting male attention, because it does.

I don't think the issue of women wearing revealing clothing, and getting men's attention can be separated, as long as the clothes are worn around men. It's like putting up a billboard along side the road, and expecting only certain types of people to see it.
