Most people who dress "slutty" are the type who dress in revealing clothing on the day to day or who take any opportunity to anyway.
It's more an opportunity to post revealing pics with less flak than other occassions
Why is it a concern? Do men use bacherlor parties as a excuse to cheat.

Halloween is the one holiday a year that most people allow their Inner-Freak out and other people don't care. I mean if every day was Mardi Gras it wouldn't be as special. So wear what you want Ladies and Gentlemen, just don't abuse it.

My point exactly. Hell, Im a ok if everyone goes naked when they want. Clothes should be optional or provided by the government, not corporations for profit. Just like our taxes shouldn't go towards helping car companies that are private to build roads and highways when they should be the ones to build highways and roads 80% of it usable only by their own things. But that's another story.

In a sense yes I read somewhere that at Halloween that your inhibitions lessen and you feel like you are a different person so maybe that is why some girls go so racy once a year.

Probably, I wouldn’t be surprised a lot of women’s costumes are slutty.
My best guy friend is dressing like a stripper. And I am dressing like a pimp.
Not all girls but many do. I don’t see the problem here though. They’re trying to attract a certain kind a guy. If you’re not that kinda guy then don’t worry about it. She’s obviously not the girl for you.
It is a pathetic dumb event. They are just silly, immature girls who have not grown up. Girls who do this do not deserve and lose their right to any degree of respect.
Girls who really want to dress slutty don't need to use Halloween as an excuse, they just go out and dress slutty.
It's become so common that I actually look twice if it's a woman dressed up in a NON-revealing costume - one that's well-made or well-chosen.
