Yes, technically, but really, is there a need for excuse for that sort of thing? The women who use ONLY Halloween to dress up a certain way are kinda... dumbasses. Why? Well, WHY wait till Halloween? It's October and it's likley to be cold af, so WHY only then you dumbfuck? Just do it when you feel like it and have no shame! People will call you out either way, so what does it matter? Yah, Halloween I guess is the time where the best costumes are on sale, but aren't better sales AFTER Halloween and haven't you heard of a regular fuckin costume party if you want that shit THAT badly? That's basically what adult Halloween activities are! Adults are less and less allowed to actually trick or treat, so that's the new alt. Don't wait till fuckin October, ONE time a year to do want ya want! Fuck what society says, if you wanna go almost naked to a party 5x a year, GO FOR IT! I am all for people getting naked in months that are burning ass hot! Why not? Clothes just drag people down those months so go ahead, throw a party and expose all! Get the guys to do the same, just set rules so people are comfortable! Why use clothes if they barely cover anyways? Save some money! Save the sweat marks! Have more fun! GO NUDE!

Not entirely true. People can still say whatever they want. There's no difference between dressing up like a slut on October 31st and dressing up like a slut on July 31st other than the date. Some girls just use Halloween as an excuse and will find any excuse to dress like a slut whenever they feel like they can. Saying "it's the one day you can be something different" doesn't really fly if people get offended by your outfit. What would people say if someone dressed up like hitler and started goosestepping down the street? Or one person dressed up like osama bin laden and another as the world trade center? But generally since it’s cool or cold in most places , short skirts and cleavage tops can be worn but a lot of the costumes girls wear aren’t much more revealing than clothes worn at the club or so for a night out. Not gonna say my situation was anything like yours but I know what it feels like to be made to feel like you aren't worthy, having to be careful what you say so you don't set him off, being called demeaning names, and being forced down on the bed with his hand over my mouth so I couldn't breath. Locked out in the rain for an hour with only a tshirt on. It never got to being hit hard but it was abusive. And here you loved him and accepted his flaws. Probably put up with stuff most wouldn't.

That's my experience at least. What I did was leave and spent time on myself. Surrounded myself with positive people and found the person I was that was slowly lost being with him. You will get to a better place. It just takes time. Just remember it is good to protect yourself. Just make sure it's from people who are trying to hurt you. Try not to lash out on the ones that aren't out to get you. Find a positive outlet that makes you feel good. Mine was singing again and taking a walk everyday. I hope you can heal quickly.🤗

@PinkMichae i'm sorry to hear that and i'm glad you're out of it :( mine brought me to discover something called a covert narcissist. i jointed narc abuse groups but i still feel numb. it's been 4 months since i saw/spoke to him.
i could sit here discussing all the things that happened to me but i can't explain it like youtube videos can, those are what helped me get away from him in the first place i had no idea what was going on. he played with every insecurity, every emotion, every bit of my common sense he messed with it all and made me question my own sanity. I know evil because i been with it, tried to support it and the harder i loved the harder he made it for me.
