so me and this girl been going on dates constantly on phone and texting

so I told her I like she say she likes me too

but she's like she doesn't want to put a label on it just relationship with calling it one. is this something that I should worry about

I don't think you should worry right now. She may just not be ready for a boyfriend or really want one at this point in time. If the relationship starts to get more serious though and she still doesn't want to call it a relationship or call you her boyfriend, that's not a good sign and I would get out. Good Luck :]
