How do I stop feeling paranoid and ugly in public?

I suffer from it because of low self esteem. I have been bullied and called ugly but I've also had random strangers on the street come up to me and tell I'm very pretty or sometimes random girls would tell me I'm pretty and have pretty eyes. Any suggestions?

Remember the people who said you are pretty and don't care about anyone else. The only thing that matters is what you think nothing else.

People don't normally go out of their way to tell a lie to a random stranger unless they are angry or hurt, so I'd say the ones whoa re are telling you that you are pretty are being honest.
