Back hurting after 3 days at the job?

Hey guys, I am extremely bothered by this fact. I don't know know why but my lower back hurts in retail. And I am doing less work than I had. I worked at the same store in a different location for 3 months last year and I never had back pains.
Now I work in a new store and boom my lower back hurts. I have no idea what's going on smh I am so worired it was just 3 shifts!! Im 25!

Erm... to be honest.. u kinda fucked up your "disk"... i have the same issue! Sometimes i lift something heavy and nothing happens, and so. etimes i lift something like 10-20kg and then i feel a "snap" on my back, and thats it for me, for next 2weeks or even a month.
If your muscles hurts, have everytime a Salty bath/sea salt... and after that get someone to buy HEAT RUBB GELL, not cream, GEL! It comes in little glass tubes like 40gm's or so... its PINK or BROWN in color.
Usually in uk you find it in the Cheap stores, don't know where you at but you have it in there too, i'm sure. Or look at Indians/Pakistani stores, they have it 100%. Its called HEAT RUBB, the small one NO CREAM, is like LIPP GELL, OR LIKE SMALL TUBE VASELINE.
IT HAS A STRONG MINT SMELL (I LOVE IT).
BATH FIRST-GEL AFTER. You can do it yourself, you will SWEAT during the sleep, its OK, and then you will feel a cold breeze, after 30min, but that is normal. PLUS MAKE SURE YOU WASH YOUR HANDS AND DONT TOUCH, ASS, PUSSY, TIGHS, MOUTH, EYES, NOSE... OR U'LL REGRET IT FOR THE NEXT 30MIN! 😄

Plus is super cheap, sometimes comes in single tube glass or duall (2 pices).

Get a back massage.. probed tense muscles also lay off heavy lifting n. Sit ince every 4 hours
