Girl I work with and I have a strange connection. I’ve never even made an effort to be this girls friend and she’s so excited and happy to see me all the time. She will yell my name or grab my hand when she sees me.

So I end up asking her out and she agrees but doesn’t follow through. I will be moving on I’m just left confused. It’s like this girl wants me to be her best friend and I don’t even know her like that. She is still really attached to an ex boyfriend so that could be it. She has to be attracted to me at least tho right? Is it my vibe? Because I am very relaxed and a good listener. Thank you
