Why is it socially accepted for me or other girls to wear bikinis around people/family but can’t walk around in bra/underwear?

That's just CRAZY STUPID, isn't it? I NEVER understood that! How is it different?
Actually, most of the women I have dated, wear cotton briefs, or boyshorts for underwear, but much smaller, more REVEALING Swimwear!! LOL!!!
Wear what you are comfortable with, and let the fools figure out what their issues are!! LOL!! :) :)

I think it's because bikinis typically are more common with like beaches and warm whether where as underwear is more what it says. That's my guess
