She's toxic. Please move on. That is not how it works. It all boils down to intent. Your intent is dating a stranger you don't know who is playing games with you and likes male attention. Her intent is picking her options and you're an option as the rest until somebody "makes a move". A woman at the end of the date is it if she wants to date or not will still respect a man who is honest and direct and not playing games. I have more respect for men who say what they want even though dating a stranger is a dealbreaker for me. Why? Well, besides the fact I know it's mostly lust or infatuation from the men, exactly what you're going through. She's not acting weird she likes toying with men and enjoys the attention. If she was really interested she would still communicate and talk it out with YOU even if she wants to wait a few months or so to date. But what do her actions say? PAY ATTENTION. Because if you date that, that's how she will treat you when your not around, cheating with other men.
Why does she have to let you know if she's ready, if she likes you? Okay, if she likes you, and you like her, ASK HER OUT!
It's that simple.
If she's giving you cues that she likes you, then ask her out. But the fact that she said, she would "let you know" tells me she's playing around with you. Seriously, she's playing games with you. If she liked you, she wouldn't make you wait on her; she'd be ready right now.
I'd ask her out. No waiting on her, just tell her how you feel. If she tells you she needs to "wait" again? Move on. No one has to wait or think about it if they actually like you.
