Im starting to feel confused about my girlfriend, what should I do without coming across as mean and demanding without repeating myself?

I've been with her since September 5th last year after 6 months of crushing from the both of us. Nowadays she never seems interested about plans I come up with through text or in person. Most plans I come up with are cancelled anyways as she gets busy easily. In a few weeks I'll be moving to university and she will be getting a job so I'm trying to ask for days where we can have a sleepover, whether it be at her's or a hotel (it can't be at mine as my house has limited space). Yet she's saying she can't sleep at a hotel as she can't sleep in beds other than her own, when even before we started dating she slept on the floor during a friend sleepover, being the first to fall asleep. If she can't sleep in a bed other than her's, then she might flat out refuse to sleep with me at my accomodation. I'm so confused about her, she never outright tells me no, but instead dances around the answer. I've asked her and she says she does want to see me, but she does nothing to make it happen. She doesn't try to change for me and I'm starting to feel like giving up with her.

Give up on her - or else be prepared to lose your mind. She can’t sleep in any bed but her own? Very strange. And if she gives you zero response to plans - and makes no effort - and always xcuses why you can’t do a sleepover…. it’s not good.


Some women have a hard time being honest with a guy when they feel it’s over, and so they just make it so painful for you that you decide to give up. That may be what is going on here.


But seriously dude, don’t you want a girl who is into you and wants to do things with you and would love to do sleepovers? Go find one. Don’t torture yourself. She is either really not into you, or she is a bit dysfunctional in a relationship and that just spells pain and frustration for you.

Well, is giving up a bad thing? You two seem young, that stuff happens and it's not always a bad thing. If you are unhappy, tell her, there is no point of keeping it in. Yeah, there will probably be arguments, but if you're not happy is it worth sticking around and pretending everything is fine?

That’s a big problem it means you can never take a vacation the rest of your life with her and that’s a dealbreaker for me because I love traveling
