If am being honest, I was screwed over twice. The second time gave me notorious PTSD. Now I can care less of other men’s feelings. Once I see something or they give me any type of bad vibe. I treat them like dirt or cut them off.

It's demonstrated that women are perceived as most beautiful in their early 20s. It's really frustrating and unfair, I get it, but asking men to overlook it is like asking you to overlook whatever your key attraction to a guy is--usually I'd expect that it would be his confidence, assertiveness, and not being needy.
These standards we have for each other suck. Both Older girls and timid guys are hung out to dry. But these standards are stuck in us on a very basic level, so we shouldn't use them to morally confemn one another any more than we should use gender as a way to condemn.

Yes, the unfair standard absolutely sucks, but we all want to date someone special. It's normal to be upset that you're not is the special category, and yes it sucks. But it's just not going to work if someone dates you out of pity--nor should it.

I agree with people just needing to complain, but I would like to add some context. Men saying that 30 are leftover is the same way you might have a certain view on short men (not worth your time) and you mentioned that you don't complain if 20% of men or a tall man doesn't like you, I believe you but also note that as a woman you have that privilege to set those standards of not wanting a short man because at the end of the day you have options, and if the 20% of men don't want you well there will probably be 80% that do want you (even if you don't want them back), see men don't have those option as much as women think, men are lucky if they even find one person that is actually interested in them.
And I don't think men want 20% of women if anything it's been statistically proven that men are very versatile when it comes to dating and are more likely to date someone that is not considered as attractive. That's why there is that saying "a rich man can change a broke woman's life, but a rich woman won't even look a broke man's way". The problem isn't that women only want 20% of men, we get it, it biology for women to be picky, what upsets people is that women only want 20% of men and when they meet those men and they get treated wrong they go into this "men ain't shit" "all men are the same" when you are basing it off a 20% of men that most likely has options while the 80% doesn't even stand a chance.
In my experiences majority of guys on gag want young women who are the minority. So majority of guys on gag does not want the majority of women who are 30+ years old. Majority of women ain't young. This means many guys dont want 80% of women because of their age. I actually dont care. It is perfectly ok if you prefere pretty women in their 20s but do not complain when women want tall men. My problem is the hypocrisy and the entitlement and not the shallow preferences. I really dont care if you want super models but i really dislike it when women get backlash for prefering tall men for example but nobody say anything to men in their 50s wanting young women. Both young women and tall men are the minority

Well actually young women make up about slightly above 50% and as stated men tend to like about 60% of women which is statistically proven. But I agree there is so much hypocrisy that can also be said with women claiming they don't accept "body shaming" but instantly body shame men for their height and to be truthful I don't think women get "backlash" for it, there are multiple women out here that openly bash short men and get away with it if anything they are praised, but the moment that a man body shames a woman for being thicker or let's say age, they get cancel for that kind of stuff and get label like misogynist, toxic, etc. so obviously there is a double standard.
On youtube i have seen a lot how much hate women get for prefering tall men. What? So 18-25 make up about 50% ? Do you you also include kids aka girls under 18?

I mean it blows my mind that people really think anything past 25+ is old? so no I wasn't taking into consideration anything below 18 but now it's based on what you consider "old" because I don't think 30 is old, touching close to 40 is "old" also if using statists you can see that men are likely just 1% difference which is not a significant difference.
We also need to understand that men and women age differently and attain different things, as you mentioned women are judged by looks hence why its "rude" to ask a woman for her age because they know an older woman is considered "less value" and man are judge financially so as a man if you have no type of money, no women will take you seriously. Young women are at the peak of their looks because everyone knows the older you get the less attractive you get and other younger women will come in. Rich men are very hard to come by hence you typically find richer men when they are older due to having to obtain a great job etc so it's rare to see younger men with lots of money, that's something men obtain when they are older. Hence why you see older men with younger women because its all about the $$$.

And for the Youtube things you mentioned yes I agree with the women getting backlash on that but also know that is fairly new women have recently been getting backlash because there has always been this double standard so no we are seeing this "red pill" movement of higher value men trying to hold women accountable, but for a long time when got away with body shaming and financially shaming men, most still do today, you can go on social media and see women slandering men and they get thousands of likes and retweets and they get praised for it. In Europe i have seen some doctors marry poor men -at least where i live. I dont see many materialistic women. The slut-shaming is a different topic if a woman really wanted to slut-shame men I would respect it, the problem is that what men and women want is different, I agree with the shaming part shouldn't happen but if a man doesn't want a woman that's promiscuous is that not also preference? The difference is that women don't want a virgin guy. If given the choice of a virgin man vs a man with a lot of experience women will choose the guy with a lot of experience, compared to men the answer would be the complete opposite. So it always shocks me that women say "her body count shouldn't matter" but is that not you just telling men what they should and shouldn't find attractive? Yeah like I said I agree that people shouldn't be shamed of their body count but it's fine to not want to consider them as potential because of it. I believe you that is what you prefer and I applaud you for that but a lot of women don't think like you women would want a man with experience because they usually think that if other women want him is for a reason, and view virgin men as someone who cannot get women so there must be something wrong with them.

Lack of confidence and self-worth in women is a reallly big issue, I'll admit that. That's why so many flirt with men just for attention and validation, to feel desired. It's not okay in any way, shape or form to use men for that purpose though, but it's an issue.
Anger is manageable. Either go to therapy or channel your emotions otherwise. That's not an excuse to be a ratchet with other men (probably good men too for that matter) that have nothing to do with it.

A woman that is called our on her BS and lack of respect might be offensed and irritated at first, might even leave the place, but after a few days (from what I noticed from my experiences when I called out BS) they usually come back and apologize. Even give you make you a meal or give you the best session of indoor olympics you ever had.
Women HATE to be held accountable, but when they are forced to face it, they do acknowledge they're wrong (for the most part). Bottom line is just that most men won't call out the BS right away and make themselves respected. Why? By fear of losing the girl / woman. But you know what? Big deal. If a woman prefers to end it instead of taking accountability. There is other people that can take it and apologize when it's due. That's the most basics of respect.
The outcome of calling out bs depends on the technique. A lot of guys don’t call out bs effectively and in a way that keeps the woman around, and they know it. They can learn of course. It must come from a place of humility and a desire for a stronger connection, not because he’s pissed off. Not because he wants to prove himself right and her wrong. And not from a place of control. His approach and delivery is make or break.
I agree, but yet again, a man's job is to stay centered, and not getting butthurt at the first occasion. I agree with you on that part. The delivery is important.
But the important part is, women NEED to take accountability for their BS behaviour when they are called out on it. Many women (not all, but many) can't stand that accountability part. There is no need for the guy to be angry or butthurt, but when called out on a calm and relaxed manner, women have to know to respect the guy's boundaries.
I don't like being upset or angry because it brings nothing good. I call out BS calmly, and I let her know where she stands. If she can't respect that, she doesn't respect me, and therefore will never love me like it should. So there is no point in going further.
Either you talk to me like a grown ass adult, admit you're wrong when you are and apologize, or I'm out. And I expect the same exact thing too, if I have BS behaviour.
Always be kind, and treat other people the way you want to be treated.
