Her eyes that's the first place I look and that is the deepest I look because I want to know everything about her in that moment I want to know exactly who she is and how beautiful she is on the inside because that is her true self that is the real her on the inside it's not the beauty it's not the mask on the outside that we all have it's the person on the inside I'd love that and I need to do that especially if I'm going to be friends with that person because her eyes will tell me everything about her in a Split Second how confident she is how smart she is how Independence is how strong she is if she's happy if she has a beautiful heart those are all very important to me because that is the real her

Lips, Smile, and Teeth are the first things I typically notice first. An ugly smile is a major turn off. Teeth alignment, however, isn't part of that unless it is a huge gap. TOO perfect is just as much of a turn off for me as discoloured or misshapen teeth. I cannot stand it when girls get those ultra perfect veneers. It looks too fake and therefore ugly to me.

Due to lips being important to me, I always notice lip injections no matter how well they are done. Natural thin lips will always look prettier to me than injected plump lips.

I also notice hairstyle, forehead, and the nose. Cheeks, jaw, and eyes are less important although eye colour is something I like. For me, all eye colours can be beautiful in their own way.

I selected hair because it's the most noticeable thing about a girl or woman. It stands out. However, it's the small details like the color of her eyes, or the smile on her face or redness in her cheeks that stands out the best when you're focusing on her when in conversation. But i look at the face as a whole. What's normal? What's different? Scars? (They are flavor) does the shape of the eyes match the rest of the face? Wide mouth? Narrow nose? Does everything match?

There's so much variety, so much possibility.

You ever see that add where the girl is missing an eyebrow but the guy is missing a tooth? It's almist always the first thing you see. It's probably an evolutionary thing.

Regardless, I pay more attention to a woman's eyes after that first glance than I do to her teeth.

There’s this one anime (I forgot it’s name, the bunny girl one where everyone forgets her existence) and all of the girl characters look exactly the same if you imagine them without hair

Eyes are nice. I could stare into a pair of beautiful eyes for hours... I love my girlfriend's eyes. They're black, but have a few thin streaks of blue in them, so it's like a pool with blue seeping into it... I'm not sure where it comes from but her entire family has the same thing.

It depends. If her hair isn't outrageous and her mouth is closed, then I would notice the lips first. If her mouth was open and she had really bad teeth I would notice them.
