No, not particularly (unless it’s a guy asking the question, that’s a dead giveaway). But when a girl asks a question, even if it’s a sexual question, I am more open to answer it, because I remember a time when I didn’t understand certain things, and all I had as a resource for truth were my friends who knew as little as I did! Having somewhere where I could ask I an honest question, and get an honest answer… that would have been wonderful! So I contribute to “women’s” questions in the hope that if even one question out of ten maybe real woman with a real question, and I can help in some small way, then it’s all worth it.

It is a bit suspicious if it's a sexual question and it depends on who is asking it. For example, if a guy is asking a question to girls to dm him about their sexual experiences then it's highly suspicious. I would ignore that question entirely.
